Biography and Credentials
Josh Ellars is Managing Partner of Fossa Group. He also currently leads as CEO of OpenGTM.
Prior to launching OpenGTM, Josh led marketing, enablement, and proposals at OpenGov – the leader in enterprise cloud solutions for government and one of the fastest-growing companies in gov tech.
Prior to OpenGov, Josh directed the government business at Decision Lens and launched the State and Local Government businesses at Qualtrics and Metalogix.
He holds a Master of Business Administration from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from Brigham Young University.
